About the Journal

Turkish Management Review (TMR) (E-ISSN: 2979-9767) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal that publishes theoretical and/or applied original research articles, book reviews, translations, review articles, symposium evaluations, and conference papers in the field of management sciences.

Until the end of 2025, the journal was published electronically twice a year (June and December). As of 2026, Turkish Management Review has adopted a continuous publishing model, under which manuscripts that have successfully completed the peer-review process and have been accepted for publication are published throughout the year without waiting for an issue. The annual volume structure is maintained. Manuscripts may be submitted to the journal in Turkish or English.

Turkish Management Review welcomes theoretical and applied studies in the fields of management sciences, leadership, strategy, organizational theory, human resources management, organizational behavior, quality management, business administration, healthcare management, educational management, sports management, public administration, and management history. Submissions from all disciplines related to management science are considered for publication, provided that a clear theoretical and/or empirical connection to the field is established.

The publication rights of all manuscripts accepted for publication following the peer-review process belong to Turkish Management Review.
