Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

Turkish Management Review (TMR) (E-ISSN: 2979-9767) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal that publishes theoretical and/or applied original research articles, book reviews, translations, review articles, symposium evaluations, and conference papers in the field of management sciences.

Publication Policy

Until the end of 2025, the journal was published electronically twice a year (June and December). As of 2026, Turkish Management Review has adopted a continuous publishing model, under which manuscripts that have successfully completed the editorial evaluation and double-blind peer-review process and have been accepted for publication are published throughout the year without waiting for an issue. The annual volume structure is maintained.

Manuscripts may be submitted to the journal in Turkish or English. Turkish Management Review welcomes theoretical and applied studies in the fields of management sciences, leadership, strategy, organizational theory, human resources management, organizational behavior, quality management, business administration, healthcare management, educational management, sports management, public administration, and management history. Submissions from other disciplines related to management science are considered for publication provided that they offer a clear theoretical and/or empirical contribution to the field.

Ethical Principles

Turkish Management Review is committed to scientific research ethics and international publishing standards throughout all stages of the publication process. Accordingly:

  • All submitted manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer-review process.

  • Ethical misconduct such as plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, and salami slicing is strictly prohibited.

  • For studies requiring ethics committee approval, the relevant Ethics Committee Approval Document must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission.

  • Editors, reviewers, and authors are expected to adhere to principles of impartiality, confidentiality, and avoidance of conflicts of interest.
