Aims & Scope

Turkish Management Review (TMR) was published as a peer-reviewed journal twice a year (June and December) in electronic format until the end of 2025. As of 2026, TMR has adopted a continuous publishing model, under which manuscripts that have successfully completed the peer-review process and have been accepted for publication are published throughout the year without waiting for an issue. Turkish Management Review is an open-access scholarly e-journal.

The primary aim of TMR is to publish the research findings of scholars and researchers working in the field of management science; to support the theoretical and applied development of management science; to contribute to the professional and academic development of individuals interested in this field; to provide new perspectives for further research; and to establish a high-impact and internationally visible academic publishing platform.

Turkish Management Review publishes theoretical and applied, interdisciplinary studies in the fields of management sciences, leadership, strategy, organizational theory, human resources management, organizational behavior, quality management, business administration, healthcare management, educational management, sports management, and management history. In addition, studies from other disciplines related to management science are considered for publication provided that a clear theoretical and/or empirical connection to management science is explicitly established.

Turkish Management Review is published in electronic format, and all published works are made available to readers free of charge.
